TGSRTC Recruitment Educational Qualification
Traffic Supervisor Trainee (TST)
- Must possess a Graduate Degree from a recognized university in India.
- Candidates with higher qualifications are also eligible.
- Qualification must be completed on or before 1 July 2025.
Mechanical Supervisor Trainee (MST)
- Must have a Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from the Department of Technical Education, Telangana or equivalent.
- Candidates with BE/B.Tech/AMIE in relevant engineering disciplines are also eligible.
- Qualification must be completed on or before 1 July 2025.

Age Relaxation
- Telangana Government has provided 12 years general relaxation, making the upper age limit 37 years for direct recruitment.
- SC/ST/BC/EWS candidates: 5 years relaxation

- Departmental employees: As per service rules, subject to maximum age limits
Salary & Training Details
Selected candidates will undergo a 12-month training period. During training, candidates will receive a stipend equivalent to the minimum pay scale.
After successful completion of training, candidates will be appointed as:
- Deputy Superintendent (Traffic) or
- Deputy Superintendent (Mechanic)
The final pay scale ranges from ₹27,080 to ₹81,400 per month, along with applicable allowances.
