Chhattisgarh High Court Eligibility Criteria
- Must have completed a Three Years Professional or Five Years Integrated LLB Degree from a recognized University or Law College.
- Candidates who have appeared in the LLB Final Year Examination and are awaiting results can also apply.
- Must have obtained a minimum of 55% marks in LLB.
- Should not be practicing as an advocate or engaged in any other profession.
- Must have basic computer knowledge such as Data Entry, Word Processing, and Computer Operations.
Chhattisgarh High Court Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
(Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories as per State Government rules)
Chhattisgarh High Court Selection Process
- Selection will be based on Interview only.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for interview after screening of applications.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
Salary / Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly honorarium as per the rules and regulations of the Chhattisgarh High Court.
Job Responsibilities
Legal Assistants will assist Hon’ble Judges in:
- Legal research and analysis of case files.
- Drafting case notes, judgments, and legal opinions.
- Preparing case summaries and maintaining documentation.
- Assisting in legal and administrative duties within the court.
