BEL Recruitment Educational Qualification
For Trainee Engineer-I
Candidates must possess a 4-year B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering degree in the relevant discipline with Pass Class from a recognized AICTE/UGC-approved institution.
Accepted branches include:
- Electronics / ECE / E&T / Instrumentation
- Mechanical / Production Engineering
- Computer Science / IT / Information Science
- Electrical / EEE
- Chemical Engineering
For Trainee Officer-I
- MBA in Finance with Pass Class from a recognized University.

BEL Recruitment Age Limit (As on 01 January 2026)
- UR / EWS: Maximum 28 Years
- OBC (NCL): 3 Years Relaxation
- SC / ST: 5 Years Relaxation
- PwBD: 10 Years (additional as applicable)
Valid age proof such as SSLC/SSC certificate is mandatory.
BEL Salary / Stipend Details
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration as below:
- Trainee Engineer/Officer-I: ₹30,000 per month
- Officer-II: ₹35,000 per month
- Officer-III: ₹40,000 per month
Additional Benefits
- 10% Area Allowance (for site postings)
- ₹12,000 per year towards insurance, attire & footwear allowance
