Vacancies and Eligibility
Scientist D – Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in any discipline listed in Schedule I from a recognized university, or a four-year Bachelor’s degree in fields mentioned in Schedule II.
Scientist C – Applicants should have either a Master’s degree in disciplines noted in Schedule I, or a minimum four-year Bachelor’s degree from approved universities as outlined in Schedule II.
Age Criteria:
- Scientist C: Maximum age limit is 35 years
- Scientist D: Maximum age limit is 40 years
Note: Age relaxation applies as per government rules.
Salary Details
- Scientist D: Pay Level-12 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 78,800 – 2,09,200)
- Scientist C: Pay Level-11 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 67,700 – 2,08,700)
