Intelligence Bureau Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have qualified GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 in one of the following subjects:
- Electronics & Communication (GATE Code: EC)
- Computer Science & Information Technology (GATE Code: CS)
Along with:
- B.E or B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
OR - Master’s Degree in Science (Electronics / Computer Science / Physics with Electronics)
OR - Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) from a recognized University or Institute.
Age Limit (as on 16-11-2025)
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 27 years
✅ Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government norms.
Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive:
- Pay Level 7: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400 per month
- Special Security Allowance: 20% of basic pay
- Additional Benefits: Cash compensation in lieu of duty on holidays (up to 30 days)
